Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-09-24.
This site is provided as-is for information. Project engagements are governed by a signed statement of work. Monthly plans bought online are governed by the subscription terms below, together with anything we agree with you in writing.
Prices, plan contents and response times on this site can change. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for until its next renewal, and we tell you before it does.
Subscription terms
These terms apply to plans bought online, which open once these terms have completed legal review. Until then, plans are set up under a written agreement with you.
What you're buying
A plan is a monthly or annual subscription to ongoing engineering care for software you run. The plan page and your checkout summary state its price, billing cycle, included engineering hours, response times and any minimum term. Plans do not include new builds; those are quoted separately as projects.
Automatic renewal
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, and your payment method is charged the plan price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. For annual plans we email you a reminder before the renewal date with the amount and how to cancel. We give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which applies from your next renewal.
Minimum term
Some plans have a minimum term, shown on the plan and at checkout (for example, three months). You can cancel at any time; during a minimum term the cancellation takes effect when the minimum term ends, and the remaining months of the minimum term are still due.
Cancelling online
You can cancel online at any time from the billing portal in your client account (Billing → Manage billing), which is operated by our payment processor, Stripe. You can also email contact@nexirt.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds
Fees already paid are not refundable, except where a plan states a guarantee (for example, a refund of the first month if we are not the right team for your app) or where the law requires a refund.
Included hours and overage
Each plan includes a set number of engineering hours per month. Unused hours do not carry over unless your plan says so. We only work beyond the included hours with your approval in writing (email or the portal is fine), billed at the extra-hour rate for your plan on your next invoice.
Service levels
Response time means the time between your request reaching us through the client portal or support email and the first reply from an engineer. It is not a promise to resolve the issue in that time. Business hours means Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pacific Time, excluding US federal holidays. Your plan states which response time and hours apply. General enquiries get a reply within one business day.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If a payment fails we retry and let you know. If it is still unpaid 7 days later we may pause the plan until it is settled.
NEXIRT Copilot
The assistant on this site is an AI that helps with intake and questions about our services. Its answers are informational: they are not a quote, an offer or professional advice, and an engineer confirms anything that matters before work starts. See the privacy policy for how conversations are stored and reviewed.
